Terms of Service

Welcome to Myras. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Myras's website, storefront, applications, downloadable software, and other services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the minimum age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

1.2. These Terms include any policies referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy). We may update the Terms; updated Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Accounts & Security

2.1. Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account.

2.2. You agree to notify Myras immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Myras is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. License to Use Software

3.1. Grant of License. Subject to your payment and strict compliance with these Terms, Myras grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the digital software and related files ("Software") solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is for the object code only and does not grant you any rights to the source code.

3.2. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software, except as expressly permitted by Myras.

3.3. Nature of Software. You acknowledge that the Software is designed to interact with third-party games (e.g., Valorant) in a manner that is prohibited by those games' terms of service. As such, use of the Software is at your own risk.

4. No Liability for Third-Party Sanctions

4.1. You Assume All Risk. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the Software may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), or policies of third-party game publishers (e.g., Riot Games). As a result, your use of the Software may expose your gaming accounts to temporary suspension, permanent bans, loss of in-game items, or other penalties.

4.2. No Guarantee of Detection Evasion. Myras does not guarantee that the Software will avoid detection or prevent sanctions by third parties. We strive to keep the Software functional, but anti-cheat systems are constantly updated.

4.3. Disclaimer of Liability. Myras, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any account suspensions, bans, loss of access, loss of progress, or any other sanctions imposed by third parties as a result of your use of the Software. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party game you play.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, publicity).
• Distribute malware, spyware, or otherwise harmful code.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services.
• Use the Services to defraud, harass, or harm others.
• Resell or distribute access to the Services without express written permission.

6. User Content

6.1. Ownership. "User Content" means text, images, code, or other material you submit while using the Services (e.g., support tickets, forum posts). You retain ownership of your User Content.

6.2. License to Myras. By submitting User Content, you grant Myras a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

6.3. Representation. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Payments, Refunds & Service Availability

7.1. Payment. Prices, payment methods, and billing terms are displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate and complete payment details.

7.2. No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate benefit received upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. You waive any right to chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, your access will be permanently terminated immediately.

7.3. Service Interruptions. You acknowledge that the Services may from time to time become unavailable, interrupted, or require maintenance ("Downtime"). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate Downtime via our official channels (e.g., Discord, website). You agree that Myras is not liable for any Downtime.

7.4. Right to Refuse Service. Myras reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or account for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myras disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Myras does not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements; or (d) the Software is free of viruses or other harmful components or that it will be undetected by third-party anti-cheat software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Myras, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for account suspensions or bans by third-party game publishers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Myras for the specific Software giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myras and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Software caused damage to a third party, including game publishers.

11. Termination

11.1. Myras may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11.2. Upon termination, your license to use the Software immediately ceases, and you must delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
