Last updated: February 21, 2026
Myras ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our storefront, or use our software and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information automatically collected through your use of the Services.
1.1. Information You Provide to Us
Account Information: When you register or make a purchase, we may collect your username, email address, and password (which is stored hashed and salted for security).
Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may receive confirmation of payment and your billing address to fulfill your order.
Communications: If you contact us for support (via email, Discord, or ticketing system), we collect the contents of those communications and your contact information.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: When you use our Software, we may automatically collect certain information to ensure the Software is functioning correctly and to enforce license restrictions. This may include:
- Hardware Identifiers (HWID): To lock your license to your specific machine and prevent account sharing, we may collect a non-personally identifiable hash of your computer's hardware components.
- IP Address: To help diagnose problems with our server and for security monitoring (e.g., preventing fraudulent access).
- Software Version: To ensure you are running the latest version and to deprecate old, non-functional versions.
- Game Client Status: The Software may check to see if the target game (e.g., Valorant) is running to function properly. We do not collect data on your in-game activities or personal communications.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") generated by your use of the Services. This Log Data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Process your transactions and manage your account.
- Prevent fraud and abuse of our Services (e.g., enforcing "one license per user" rules via HWID).
- Communicate with you about product updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, and hosting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or subpoena).
- Protection of Rights: We may disclose information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Business Transfers: If Myras is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
4. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
- Passwords: Your account password is hashed and salted. We cannot see your plaintext password.
- HWID: Hardware identifiers are collected as one-way hashes, meaning we cannot reverse-engineer them to discover your specific hardware serial numbers.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: You may request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: You may request that we delete your personal data (subject to certain legal obligations, such as the need to retain transaction records for tax purposes).
- Objection / Restriction: You may object to our processing of your data or request that we restrict processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our Discord server.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website to collect and track information about your browsing activities. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
